I
had phoned ahead and spoke with a service representative and told him
that I had a check engine code and what it was and ask if he could do
the PCM update for a 97'.... Charlie was very helpful and knowledgeable
in doing the software update the car need that would no longer give me
problems having my car inspected... Saving me a lot of money so that I
didn't have to replace the part!!!

My
nine year old Ford Explorer just turned 90,000 miles when I took it to
Hilbish Ford for service. The staff helped me right away, explaining
what was needed, then called when it was ready. When I arrived, was
greeted and the bill reviewed. And the cost was way less than I
expected, saving me hundreds. Overall experience was excellent!

Your
service department was courteous, fast and efficient. We had The Works
(using full synthetic oil) and my wife's Mustang inspected. We thought
we may of had an issue with the Mustang but the service tech thru our
service adviser informed us is was nothing to worry about at this time. I
like the honesty of the service tech and the service adviser as we had
to accept their opinion on the issue we thought we had. Thanks...
